What is Phonebooth Unified Voicemail?
Phonebooth Mobile subscribers who are enabled with unified voicemail can get all of their voicemail from their Phonebooth office phone and Phonebooth Mobile phone in one single Phonebooth voicemail box. As an added service, we include free voicemail-to-email text transcriptions of their messages with the audio file attached.
How do I set up my voicemail on my mobile phone?
You can configure your voicemail by pressing and holding the 1 key or pressing 1 and then TALK/SEND and following the prompts.
How can I check my voicemail?
Simply press and hold the 1 key or dial 1 and press TALK/SEND. If you have Phonebooth Unified Voicemail, you can read a text transcription of your voicemail by browsing to the email account associated with Phonebooth.
How do I check my voicemail from another phone?
1. Call your Phonebooth Mobile number.
2. Wait until the voicemail greeting starts and press the * key.
3. Enter the PIN code that you use to access your Phonebooth voicemail.

SANYO ZIO™ SUPPORT
1. From the Home screen, open the Applications>Email.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions and tap Next.
3. Tap the Email address box, then type your email address.
4. Tap the Password box, type your password and then tap Done on the keyboard.
5. Tap Next to continue. The Zio will automatically retrieve your email settings.
6. Name your account and provide your name. Tap Done.
7. You can now check your email messages.
Sending an email
1. From the Home screen, go to Applications>Email>Menu.
2. Tap Compose and a new email will open.
3. To add a recipient, start typing a contact name or email in the To field. Otherwise type an email address that is not one of your stored contacts.
4. Compose the body of the email and tap Send.
Sync/Backup
Copying your contacts from your previous smartphone to your google account
1. On your previous smartphone, navigate to the Google Sync website, and select your device type.
2. Download and install Google Sync to your previous smartphone.
3. Use Google Sync to synchronize your previous smartphone’s information with your Google account.
4. Sign in to Gmail with your Google ID on your Zio to sync with your Google account and contacts.
How to setup your calendar and contacts on the Zio to sync with your online accounts/contact lists
1. From the Home screen, go to Applications>Settings>Accounts & sync.
2. Tap Account and select the type of account that you would like to synchronize with (such as Google or Exchange Email).
3. Complete the account Setup Wizard, choosing what types of data you would like to sync with that account.

Connecting to a Wi-Fi network
NOTE - To use Wi-Fi on your phone, you need access to a wireless access point, or “hotspot.”
1. From the Home screen, go to Applications>Settings>Wireless & Networks.
2. Tap the Wi-Fi check box to turn Wi-Fi on. It will take a second for the Wi-Fi to turn on, and then the phone will scan for available wireless networks.
3. Tap Wi-Fi settings and select the name of the Wi-Fi network that you wish to connect with and then tap Connect. If a wireless network is secure, enter the wireless password and tap Connect.
Connecting to a Bluetooth headset
1. From the Home screen, go to Applications>Settings>Wireless & Networks.
2. Tap the Bluetooth check box to turn the Bluetooth on. It will take a second for the Bluetooth to turn on.
3. Make sure that your Bluetooth headset is in pairing mode.
4. Tap Bluetooth Settings and select the name of the Bluetooth-enabled device that you wish to connect with and then tap Connect.
5. If your Zio does not automatically scan for Bluetooth devices in pairing mode, tap scan for devices. Tap the device that you wish to pair with to connect your Zio and your Bluetooth-enabled device.
Personalizing your phone
Downloading and installing an app from the Android Market
1. From the Home screen, go to Applications>Market to open the Android Market.
2. To browse apps by category, tap Apps in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. To search for a specific app, tap Search and type the name of the app for which you are looking.
3. Select the app that you are interested in downloading and tap Install at the bottom of the screen. Tap OK to grant the application permission to access your phone’s data.
4. The app will begin downloading and can be found in the status bar at the top of the screen by pressing the bar and dragging it down the screen. When it finishes installing, the app will automatically populate in the Applications menu on the Applications tab.
Adding a shortcut or widget to the Home screen
1. On the Home screen, press and hold an empty space.
2. Tap Shortcuts or Widgets and select the shortcut or widget which you would like to add.
3. The shortcut or widget will automatically be placed in the spot that you held.
4. To move it, press and hold it until it lifts free of the background and will slide as you drag it under your finger. Drag it to an empty space where you would like to put it and release.
Removing a shortcut or widget from the Home screen
1. Press and hold the widget or shortcut icon until it lifts free of the background.
2. Drag it to the trash can at the bottom of the screen. When it turns red along with the trash can release it.

Making a call
1. Use the keypad to dial the number that you wish to call.
2. Press the TALK button and your call will connect.
3. Press the END button to hang up the call.
Calling a contact
1. Press the right soft key (with a “ - ” on it) for contacts.
2. Highlight the contact who you wish to call.
3. Press the TALK key while that contact is highlighted.
Viewing recent/missed calls
1. From the Home screen press TALK.
2. Scroll down to see a list of recent and missed calls.
3. If you wish to return the call, press the TALK key while a call record is highlighted .
Reading a text message
1. From the Home screen press MENU/OK.
2. Press the down key on the directional pad once to select Messages.
3. Use the down key again to scroll down and select Text Messages.
4. Select the message you wish to read and press MENU/OK to open it.
Sending a text message
1. From the Home screen press MENU/OK.
2. Press the down key on the directional pad once to select Messages.
3. Use the down key again to scroll down and select Text Messages.
4. Select the second option, Send Message.
5. Press MENU/OK to compose a Text Message.
6. Scroll to the contact to whome you wish to send the message and press MENU/OK.
7. Type the message you wish to send and then press the right soft key with a " - " under where “Send” appears on the screen.
Accessing the Web
1. Press MENU/OK.
2. Use the directional pad to scroll to Web in the top left corner.
3. You are online!

How do I turn on the MiFi® 2200?
Press and hold the Power button for 1-2 seconds and release.
What is the default name of the MiFi wireless network?
The device will show up as the SSID of the device, which is MiFi® 2200 followed by the the last four digits of the device’s MAC address. The MAC address is found under the battery.
How do I connect to the MiFi® 2200?
1. Turn on the MiFi® by pressing the Power button. The Green Power light and Wifi indicator light should both glow green.
2. On the device to which you want to connect, search for available Wi-Fi networks and select to connect to your MiFi®.
3. When prompted for your WEP security key enter the 11 digit ESN-DEC, which can be found both on the box your device came in and under the battery.
What is my password?
Your password is the 11 digit ESN-DEC that is found under the battery of the MiFi®, as well as on the side of the box that it came in.

How do I install the u760?
1. Plug the device in to an available USB port on your computer.
2. Your computer should detect the device in 1-2 minutes.
3. If the auto-install wizard opens automatically, simply proceed to step 4. Otherwise, open ‘My Computer’ and click on the black and green Novatel icon listed as a removable drive.
4. When the driver/software installation wizard opens, proceed through the steps to complete installation of the Novatel MobiLink software.
5. If the MobiLink3 application does not open automatically after the installation, navigate to the Novatel Wireless folder in the Start Menu, and click to open ‘MobiLink3.’
6. Once the MobiLink3 program window appears, click on the menu triangle in the top left corner. Then click on ‘Activate’ in the drop down menu.
7. Once the activation process completes, click the ‘Connect’ button in the MobiLink3 window to connect to the Internet.
How do I connect the Internet using the u760?
1.Once the MobiLink software is installed on your computer and the device is activated, plug it into a free USB port.
2. Open the MobiLink3 application from the Novatel Wireless folder in your Start Menu and once it has loaded click the green Connect button if the device does not connect automatically after a few seconds.
3.When the MobiLink window displays the device status as Connected you are online.
Mac® Only
Is the u760 compatible with a Mac OS?
Yes, the drivers are preloaded on the device and will install on your MAC when it is plugged it into a USB port.
1. Insert the u760 into a free USB port on the computer.
2. Click the Installer.pkg to start the installation wizard.
3. Follow the prompts to install the Milink software and drivers for your MAC and then restart the computer.
4. After you restart your MAC, open the ‘System Preferences’ Menu and click on ‘Network’.
5. Select the Novatel Modem and click connect.
6. If you receive an error message, unplug the u760 device, wait 20 seconds and plug it back in. Then connect to the device by opening ‘Network’ under the ‘System Preferences’ menu, selecting Novatel Modem and clicking ‘Connect’.
